Biographie

CHOUBANI Mohsen, received his PhD degree in Physics in April 2011 from the University of Tunis at Tunisia. In 2020, CHOUBANI Mohsen received his university habiltation diploma in Physics from the Scientific Faculty of Monastir, Tunisia. In 2010, he joined the Micro- Optoelectronic and Nanostructures Laboratory Research at the Scientific Faculty of Monastir at Tunisia. Currently, he is an accredited Assistant professor in Physics in the Department of Physics at the Scientific Faculty of Monastir, University of Monastir since 2010. At the same university, he leads an active research group in the area of III–V semiconductor materials and heterostructures (quantum wells, quantum dots) and modelling of nonlinear optical properties of semiconductor nanostructures and photonic applications.
